April 2011

Happy Birthday Ella!

I can't believe it has been a year!  It really does seem like I just had her.  She loves to be outside, eat and play with Addyson. Its been fun to see her little personality develop. Addyson and her couldn't possibly be any different. She is to herself and very weary of strangers. She's not afraid to give you a dirty look and if you happen to get to close you may just get slapped.
So whenever someone says "Ella" Steve, Addyson and I always repeat back "ella ella a a a under my umbrella"(for those of you that didn't get it, its a song) So I thought that it would be appropriate to have an umbrella party for her.  It is not very easy to find umbrella stuff so I threw in rainbows.  It turned out to be a umbrella/rainbow party and it was so much fun!

Everyone was helping me out with my craziness!  I can't thank everyone enough!

I know this is a lot for a one year old!  But lets be honest is wasn't just her her...I kind of like throwing it all together!

I know I am a little or a lot cheesy but we all wore a color of the rainbow.  I needed a couple more kids...sorry blue and yellow!

Ella liked her cake but liked giving it to all the grandparents more!

1. Papa with Ella and Milo.
2. One of Ellas little boyfriends Caleb.  They are going to love this picture on their wedding day!
3. Second mommy!  Ella loves Aunt Katie she sometimes thinks she's her mommy.
4. I have the best husband because he gets into all of this craziness with me...well I should say he supports me in all my craziness.  His idea- he made Pina Coladas for everyone!  And how cute is the girl holding it!!!
5. Aunt Amy and Jackson taking a break on the trampoline.
6. Katie you better watch out Scott has a little crush!  June is pretty cute!
7. Ella and Aunt Amy
8. My girls are in heaven!  They have their Weibell boys and Kartchner boys...doesn't get much better than that!

6 going on 16!

This statement is sooooo true!

3 handsome Boys

I am so proud of my brother DJ.  He has been through a lot lately and has every right to feel a little sorry for himself but has not and stayed strong for his boys.  We love his family so much and pray that he will continue to be the man that he has been.

Easter

Every year we have a big Easter party (its kind of a family reunion with my dads side).  This year it was out at our place and we had a blast!
1. There is an egg toss every year and my family has never won...except this year!!!  Whoever wins gets a dollar and goes down in the egg toss history book, so good job DJ and Matt!
2. Cousins, cousins, cousins!!!
3. Nick and Steve talking about how they married into such a crazy family!
4. My cousin Jimmy rocking his shades.
5. Jake, Addyson and Gwen.  I love the smile on Addysons face.  Thats one happy girl!

So because I hosted the Easter party we had to wait to do our family easter baskets!  So at 9 o'clock at night the easter bunny finally had time to leave the girls their baskets!!!
1. It doesn't matter what time she gets her basket- she is happy!
2. Ella's basket.
3. Ella doesn't know whats going on...all she knows is that she is tired!
4. Addyson's basket.
5. I love that girl so much...she is such a trooper with everything!

We had such a fun and BUSY day!  I am so grateful for family and to be surrounded by such wonderful people.  It is so much fun to get baskets, go on egg hunt, have egg tosses and eat GOOD food but more than anything we are grateful for why we celebrate easter.

Birthday Time!

Happy Birthday dad, Matt, Landon, Alec, Collin and little miss Ella!  6 birthdays in April in the Radmacher family!!!  Poor ma had to make 10 cakes so that no kids felt left out...thats my mom!  The bottom picture is all 18 grand kids except for Heidi's twins Will and Nash.
