December 2010

We are so proud of our big girl!  This year she got Student of the Month because of academics.  She is doing great in all subjects but she has really taken off in reading and spelling!

Shopping for a Tree

We are "old school" because we still go out each year and pick our tree!  Yes that is right we don't have a fake tree...we are all REAL!

Dear Santa...

And there you have it.  A girl who knows what she wants!!!

Christmas with the Chandlers

Its not Christmas Eve with out making cookies for Santa, reinacting the Nativity and getting ready for the BIG day!

It is so much fun to get everything ready for Santa with Addyson.  The excitement is worth all the craziness of Christmas.

I guess we were all good this year!

1. Well Ella is 9 months I guess Santa thought it was time for her to learn how to walk!
2. The Kartchners got a very fun surprise from Martie and Curt...a CALF!!!  The boys were pretty happy but Matt and Amy... not so much!
3. I love the look on her face.  Just woke up and so happy.  Santa did good this year!
4. The Kartchner boys are obsessed with Transformers... oh wait I mean the big Kartchner boy!!!

A picture says a million words.

Cute and a little not so cute.  The girls look adorable!  Steven and I though it would have been fun to come out Christmas Eve in these fabulous pj's.  And it was!  Yes, we look a little creepy but it was worth it!

I look at this picture and can't help but feel so blessed.  Steven and I have two beautiful, healthy, wonderful girls that we just love so much!!!  We had a wonderful Christmas with the Chandler, Kartchner and Thornock Families.  They are always so hospitable, kind and a lot of fun!

I am still laughing at the pajama picture!! I LOVE spending time with the fam. These pictures not only bring back the great feelings but also the old adage; "a picture is worth a million words" (or something like that...) :)
